Carrot Grape Juice

Carrot Black Grape Juice is a healthy and refreshing blend of carrots and black grape juice. It looks very delicious and is perfect for summer.
Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 cups of carrot, chopped in cubes (unpeeled if organic)
- 2 cups of seedless black grapes
- a handful of fresh mint
- an inch of ginger
- a teaspoon of cumin seed powder
- chilled water as required or crushed ice cubes as required.
Procedure
- In a blender, add the chopped carrots, seedless black grapes, mint, ginger and cumin seed powder.
- Blend until it you achieve a smooth consistency with no pieces.
- Add water or crushed ice cubes as required to achieve the desired consistency.
Carrot Grape juice is ready. Serve it chilled to enjoy the amazing flavour.
