Crispy Kale

Crispy Kale is a healthy side dish or salad. It is easy and quick to make.
Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 grams of kale, washed and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt to taste
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, minced garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.
- Mix everything well. Add the kale to the mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
- In a baking tray, add a baking sheet and spread the kale mix.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the kale turns crispy.
Crispy Kale is ready to be served. Enjoy it on its own or with any sauce.
