Crispy Kale is a healthy side dish or salad. It is easy and quick to make.

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of kale, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, minced garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.
  • Mix everything well. Add the kale to the mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
  • In a baking tray, add a baking sheet and spread the kale mix.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the kale turns crispy.

Crispy Kale is ready to be served. Enjoy it on its own or with any sauce.
